We want you to feel good about your purchase. If something goes wrong, we'll make it right.

Unused credits

If you bought a credit pack and haven't used any of the credits, contact support within 14 days for a full refund.

Something went wrong

If a reading failed to generate or you were charged in error, contact support and we'll refund or restore the affected credits.

Used credits

Because readings are delivered instantly, credits already used are generally non-refundable, but reach out if you had a genuinely poor experience and we'll do our best to help.

How to request

Contact support with your account email and what happened. Refunds are issued to your original payment method through our provider.
